DMS Navigator - COVID-19 Corona Virus Update

DMS Navigator have been monitoring the situation with relation to the current COVID-19 epidemic and have been reviewing our policies and procedures in light of this.

The health and welfare of our staff and customers is of the most utmost importance and we have procedures in place which aim to ensure that we continue to deliver a consistent and complete service to our customers at all times.

The coming weeks and months may be extremely challenging form any businesses – our included.

However, DMS has fully documented Disaster Procedures which we are confident will enable us to continue to provide services to our customers throughout the current crisis.

Specifically, all DMS staff have the ability to work from home for extended periods of time, using remote access technology and software which provides telephony, video conferencing and other items such as screensharing which enable them to continue to work as a team to deliver uninterrupted services to our customers.

Update: 17th Mar 2019 : we have now implemented our full Disaster Recovery Procedures and closed the DMS Offices as per Government Recommendations. All Office Based staff are now working from their home-offices. We are able to maintain this without too many issues indefinitely. Our ability to support our customers should be uneffected, but please accept our apologies if there are some minor delays in response as our staff are clearly not able to commuicate with each other as easily as they would have been in an office environment.

Update: 23rd Mar 2019 : All on site visits have now been cancelled to ensure the Health and Wellbeing of our staff - where possible we are offering Remote Replacement.

With the schools closing, many of our staff are not only working from home but also looking after children. We have asked them to prioritise their children and work when they can. Whilst keeping our business running is important, I'm sure you will agree that this is of secondary importance in these difficult times. Please bear with us.

This is a fast moving crisis and we will be constantly monitoring our plans, and will post updates as necessary
