Navigator’s Integrated Online Payments app enables the direct online billing of a customer for any job or product and for the customer to pay quickly and easily via a simple link. As with all Navigator apps and add-ons, it is available free of charge to all Navigator users.
Your invoice is compiled in the usual way and then emailed via the app integrated within Navigator direct to the customer, who clicks the link to enter their credit card details.
The app automatically notifies you that the payment has been made, the job record shows there is a zero balance and the till reconciliation is updated automatically too.
