During a Discovery Call, you will spend approximately 30-45 minutes on a Zoom call with one of our Navigator team.

The aim is simple, to define whether Navigator is a good solution for you today.

Don’t worry, there is no hard sales, and if anything the aim is to ensure that those who aren’t a good fit for Navigator find this out quickly so we don’t waste your (or our!) time.

There are 3 potential outcomes from this meeting:

  • We agree that you might be a great fit and Navigator is a good solution for you now

  • We agree that Navigator might be a good fit for your dealership but not today

  • We agree that Navigator isn’t a good fit for your dealership


When you book a Discovery Call, we will send you some information in advance to prepare you for the call. Please take the time to review this as it will help you gain the most from the call.

No, the Discovery Call is not a sales pitch. It’s a 30–45 minute Zoom meeting where we focus on understanding your needs and whether Navigator is a good fit for your dealership. Our goal is to save everyone time by being honest and upfront about whether Navigator is right for you.

What will I need to prepare for the Discovery Call?

We’ll send you some information in advance to help you prepare, including an overview of Navigator and key questions to consider. Reviewing this beforehand will make sure you get the most value from the call.

What happens after the Discovery Call?

At the end of the call, we’ll decide together whether Navigator is the right fit for you now and can discuss next steps, whether it might be a good fit down the line and we’ll stay in touch, or whether it’s not the right fit at all and that’s perfectly fine, with no hard feelings.

Is there any commitment if I book a Discovery Call?

No, there’s no obligation to buy anything after the call. The Discovery Call is purely to explore whether Navigator is right for your dealership.
