Wow! 10 year’s – I don’t know where the time has gone! Working at Navigator is an absolute joy, and I am so grateful and overjoyed to have hit my 10-year milestone!
I first started off at Navigator as a Helpdesk Apprentice back in 2012 – with no idea where it would lead me. I never thought I would be standing here proudly as part of the Implementations Team as a Consultant.
DMS Navigator have done everything they can to support me in all my ambitions for continuous growth, and believe me, I can sometimes be quite eager! And they continue to support me as I progress forwards.
I love that my role is hybrid meaning that I am not just part of the Implementations team but from time to time I can put my old shoes back on and sink my teeth back into Helpdesk.
I also work alongside the Development team and Customer Success – which means my role has such a wide range of variety and makes everyday different!
Over my time at DMS Navigator, I have realised that as the moto goes “we aren’t just colleagues, we are a second family”, and they really are that to me, a second family. All the other employees are such a joy to work alongside, we assist one another to come to effective solutions for our customer but we are all also an amazing additional support network for each other.
