Accounts and Contract Administrator

We are looking for someone to work for us for 8 hours per week - flexibly - to do Accounting and Contract Adminstration.

Tasks will include :-

  1. Billing customers for ad-hoc items
  2. Debtor Control (we direct debit so this isn't a major item!) 
  3. Dealing with Customer accounting queries
  4. Processing Purchase invoices
  5. Producing Payment runs
  6. Doing Reconcilisations of Cash Book, Sales and Purchase Ledgers
  7. Maintaining our customer contracts - adding new customers and processing contract amendments

At Navigator we practice what we preach, and make our processing as efficient and automated as possible - so many of the tasks above are maintenance rather than data processing.

This is a work from home or office position as appropriate and would suit someone who has computerised book-keeping skills.

Full training on our systems will be included.

The position can be either via payroll or via invoice depending on your circumstances.
