Navigator allows you to generate a business Dashboard using any tool you like, we use Excel for our prebuilt dashboards, but they are easy to build using any tool that can consume the Navigator Engage 360 APIs (which are industry standard, so that means pretty much anything!) .
A great dashboard should be able to refresh instantly (in less time than it takes to make a cup of coffee), give great KPI and business performance data but most importantly, have the ability to drill down into the raw information easily. Pretty much every report from Navigator is available as an Engage 360 interface, so any information can be easily analysed. The beauty of building the Dashboard in an standard tool such as Excel, is the data doesn't have to all come from Navigator. You might have a Dashboard for Sales Enquiry Performance which measures the performance of your sales team. This will likely download the Sales Enquiry and Vehicle Sales reports from Navigator, but may also download the call statistics from your Phone system to add information such as no of outbound and inbound telephone calls made.
