Today's customer is more demanding than ever, demanding in person, demanding on the phone, on email and online. They need to feel valued, be able to transact over any medium they want and feel that they are the only customer you are doing this.

To do this, you need to have a cohesive solution which provides a solid data store and core processes for your dealership - this is your Dealer Management System (DMS).  But, that's only just the beginning. To provide the levels of service that your customer demands and deserves your DMS needs to provide integration with all other systems that the customer may interact with to deliver a cohesive experience to your customer and also allow your team to easily deliver on the customer demands.

For example, our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) is all about capturing leads and helping your sales team to smoothly go through the sales process with a customer.  To do this, it's important to capture all the leads at source - but leads can come from many sources, your web site, from Facebook chat, from Autotrader, from your Manufacturer franchise partner or even by the old-school telephone or physical visit.    Navigator DMS integrates and captures all these leads  and presents them all to your sales team in a unified form - making their life easier, and enabling your prospective customer to be contacted consistently no matter what platform they chose to contact you on.

You want to sell cars online, allow customers to easily book their cars in for service by simply clicking on the call to action in the email you send them. They don't need to reenter their details - you already know who they are.  Your team don't want to manually enter the service booking details into the DMS and with Navigator you don't need to - this is automatically linked.

The phone rings.. Navigator integrates with your phone system so that as the phone rings, it is already searching the phone number in it's database and before you pick up the phone it is presenting the customer details, and shows what transactions they have in progress with the dealership.
