We took on Navigator DMS in February 2020 taking over from our previous DMS. We, at Summit Garage in Dudley, have been trading for over 75 years and so our database and the way they are handled is extremely important to us. After experiencing a number of 'big ticket' DMS systems over the years, and after reviewing many others before making our final decision, we are very glad we chose Navigator. From the initial contact, throughout the on boarding process and then onto the follow up service we have received since, I truly couldn't recommend them highly enough. We have used this for nearly a year now and haven't regretted our decision. One of the greatest things is the team are willing to listen to amendments that we'd like to implement which they quickly follow up. If you're looking for an easy to use system which incorporates front of house selling, up to the minute reports through to the full back end accounts system, you'll find it tough to find a better DMS.

Having changed from Pinnacle to Navigator amongst all the other change we were enduring I was more than a little reticent in my thoughts of the new system. I can now say that this was based on the generally poor service received from Pinnacle and the cumbersome way in which it worked. Having used Navigator for a few weeks now one thing has become apparent; Navigator is far superior and more intuitive than Pinnacle ever was. The biggest surprise is the level of support offered by all at Navigator, particularly Daniel Wild. He is with us today and is clearing so much fog. His instruction, problem solving and tweaks being made to the information we need is very much appreciated. I guess we have been quite demanding which has been borne through the frustration of not knowing how it all works but I owe you thanks for providing the support you have both from the help desk and from Daniel. His visit here today has been invaluable.

We migrated our dealer management system to Navigator in October 2020 and it was the smoothest systems migration we have ever had. Navigator's functionality and user interface are a real step-up from our previous system and all the manufacturer interfaces we require were present. The training and implementation specialists were very helpful and, having worked in dealerships themselves, already knew the direction to point us so that our time learning the system was spent effectively. I would genuinely recommend any small or medium dealership take a serious look at Navigator as it has met our expectations for a fraction of the price of many competitors.

I have used this system since 2008 and would be lost without it. Seamless integration of sales, service, parts/shop and accountancy mean that I save a fortune in salaries and everything just works! A real cost effective tool that costs far less than systems which are no way near as good.
