Having changed from Pinnacle to Navigator amongst all the other change we were enduring I was more than a little reticent in my thoughts of the new system.
I can now say that this was based on the generally poor service received from Pinnacle and the cumbersome way in which it worked.
Having used Navigator for a few weeks now one thing has become apparent; Navigator is far superior and more intuitive than Pinnacle ever was.
The biggest surprise is the level of support offered by all at Navigator, particularly Daniel Wild.
He is with us today and is clearing so much fog.
His instruction, problem solving and tweaks being made to the information we need is very much appreciated.
I guess we have been quite demanding which has been borne through the frustration of not knowing how it all works but I owe you thanks for providing the support you have both from the help desk and from Daniel.
His visit here today has been invaluable.
